Refund policy

All UNWORN protection kits are individually produced and cut based on the specific snowboard configuration selected by the customer when placing an order.

This may include specifications such as:

  • snowboard brand;
  • model;
  • model year;
  • size;
  • finish; and
  • other available configuration options.

Your selected configuration determines the specific cutting pattern and dimensions of the protection film. The film is then produced and cut specifically for that order.

Because these products are made according to the customer’s selected specifications and are not supplied as standard pre-manufactured products, they are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the custom-made goods exception under applicable consumer law applies.

This means that UNWORN protection kits cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind after ordering.

Please Check Your Configuration Carefully

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct snowboard configuration before completing an order.

Please carefully verify the brand, model, model year, size, finish and any other selected options.

If you select an incorrect configuration yourself, this does not constitute a defect or error on the part of UNWORN and does not create a right to return or exchange the custom-made product.

If you are unsure which configuration fits your snowboard, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, please contact us immediately if you notice an error or wish to request a change.

Where production has not yet started, we may be able to change or cancel your order as a customer service gesture.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Any possibility to change or cancel an order before production begins is voluntary and does not create a general right of withdrawal for custom-made products.

Incorrect Product Supplied by UNWORN

If you ordered the correct configuration but UNWORN supplied a different product or cutting pattern than the one stated in your order confirmation, please contact us.

We will correct the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Please provide:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the product received;
  • photographs showing the relevant snowboard model or configuration where necessary; and
  • a description of the issue.

Damaged or Defective Products

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal for custom-made products does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the agreement.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged before or during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.

Where a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, UNWORN will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Installation and Fitment

UNWORN protection kits are designed for the specific snowboard configuration selected when ordering.

Correct installation requires appropriate preparation and application technique.

Issues resulting from circumstances such as:

  • ordering an incorrect snowboard configuration;
  • incorrect installation;
  • contamination during installation;
  • stretching or positioning the film incorrectly;
  • cutting or modifying the film;
  • unsuitable installation conditions; or
  • failure to follow the installation instructions

do not in themselves constitute a manufacturing defect.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the supplied product itself is defective or does not correspond with the product you ordered.
